Rota Vicentina, Alentejo
With many cycling trails along this stunning, unspoilt coastline, the Rota Vicentina covers the area from Sines to Sagres. Along the way you will encounter vast beaches, charming countryside routes, cork tree forests and whitewashed villages dotted on the horizon.

Silver Coast
Another coastal route of untouched beauty, passing through major locations such as Sintra, Obidos and Nazare. The Silver Coast stretches all along the Atlantic from the Lisbon region to the Porto region, passing through beaches and pine forests.

Douro Valley
Cycle a patchwork landscape of winery farms, rustic villages and the meandering Douro River. Summer and autumn are perfect seasons for such a trip, during festival time and grape harvest. The route is mostly steep with paved roads and low traffic.
